But there are an equal number of skeptics who are unsure about the affectivity of soy flour to the muscle development. According to them soy protein can never replace animal protein. The author would also advise to opt for plant proteins rather than replying on animal proteins. Animal proteins which are derived from canned meat are found to induce cancer of the colon in the long term. Soy protein also releases minerals and nutrients effectively from the food.
